This series of additives is specifically developed for polyether-based polyurethane resin systems and is suitable for applications such as polyurethane coatings, inks, adhesives, and sealants. The product range encompasses four major categories—wetting and dispersing agents, anti-settling and thixotropic agents, wetting and leveling agents, and defoamers—offering comprehensive additive solutions for polyether polyurethane systems, covering everything from pigment dispersion and anti-settling/anti-sagging performance to surface wetting, leveling, and foam control.
Polyether polyurethane resin systems are widely used in coatings, adhesives, sealants, elastomers, and foams due to their excellent flexibility, hydrolysis resistance, and low-temperature performance. However, formulating with polyether polyols presents unique challenges: air entrapment and pinhole formation, pigment settling and floating, insufficient substrate wetting, and surface defects that compromise final coating quality.
