Kmeris^® 3328YH is a high-performance ultrafine (nano) titanium dioxide specifically engineered for various sunblock creams, sunblock water, skin care milk etc. Utilizing a unique lanceolate (needle-like) crystal morphology combined with a dual-layer surface treatment (Aluminum Hydroxide & Stearic Acid), this product delivers exceptional UV protection while maintaining superior transparency and an elegant skin feel.

Unlike conventional spherical or cubic nano-TiO₂, Kmeris^® 3328YH features a distinct lanceolate (needle-like/spindle) shape with an average particle size of approximately 45nm.

High UV Scattering Efficiency: The anisotropic shape maximizes scattering of UVB (and partial UVA) radiation, achieving higher SPF with lower loading levels compared to spherical particles.

Excellent Transparency: With particle dimensions below the visible light wavelength (400-700nm), it minimizes visible light scattering, resulting in transparent application and no unpleasant whitish cast on skin.

2. Advanced Surface Treatment (Alumina + Stearic Acid)

To address photocatalytic activity and dispersibility, Kmeris^® 3328YH features a robust two-step coating system:

Inner Layer: Aluminum Hydroxide (Alumina) – Acts as an inert barrier that effectively suppresses photocatalytic activity, ensuring formulation stability and enhanced product safety.

Outer Layer: Stearic Acid – Provides strong hydrophobicity.

Superior Skin Feel: Reduces oil absorption, delivering a smooth, non-chalky, and non-drying after-feel.

3. Superior SPF Boosting & Broad-Spectrum Protection

UVB Shielding: Highly efficient UVB absorber; also contributes to UVA protection.

Synergistic Effects: Kmeris^®3328YH works synergistically with organic UV filters (e.g., Bemotrizinol, Diethylamino Hydroxybenzoyl Hexyl Benzoate) to significantly boost overall SPF, allowing formulators to reduce organic filter load and minimize skin irritation potential.

Ultrafine Micro Titanium Dioxide RM-530L

Ultrafeines Mikro-Titandioxid RM-530L

Kmeris RM-530L ist ein oberflächenbehandeltes, ultrafeines Rutil-Titandioxid, das als weißes, flockiges Pulver erscheint und speziell für Metalleffekt-Beschichtungen entwickelt wurde. Es erzeugt einen goldenen Schimmer und einen hellblauen Glanz und zeichnet sich zudem durch hervorragende Witterungsbeständigkeit aus. Als Hochleistungs-Mikrotitandioxid ist unser RM-530L eine ideale Alternative zu anderen Mikrotitandioxid-Produkten wie MT-700HD, RM200, MT500HD und Titan L530.

Kmeris® MT-5008HD ist ein oberflächenbehandeltes, ultrafeines Rutil-Titandioxid, entwickelt von Kmeris Materials Technology. Es wurde speziell für hervorragende Witterungsbeständigkeit, Witterungsbeständigkeit und UV-Schutz entwickelt. Kmeris® MT-5008HD zeichnet sich durch gute Dispergierbarkeit, geringe Partikelgröße und enge Partikelgrößenverteilung aus und ist daher ein ideales Pigment für Metallic-Effekt-Autolacke. Es erzeugt einen goldenen Flip- und einen hellblauen Flop-Effekt. Auch für Holzlacke ist es zur Verbesserung des UV-Schutzes geeignet. Dieses Produkt ist eine vergleichbare Alternative zu anderen mikro-Titandioxid-Pigmenten wie RM200, MT500HD und Titan L530 etc.

Beschichtungen und Farben in Nano-TiO₂-Qualität KNR-508

Das Auftreten von KNR-508 war das weiße, flauschige Pulver, das beschichtet war mit hydratisiertem Aluminiumoxid oder/und hydratisiertem Zirkonoxid, und die wichtigste chemische Bestandteile sind Titandioxid. Der Lackfilm hatte nicht nur eine gute Lichtbeständigkeit, sondern auch einen winkelabhängigen optischen Effekt, der aus KNR-508 und Aluminiumfarbe und andere Materialien.

KR-5108HD ist ein oberflächenbehandeltes ultrafeines Rutil-Titandioxid. Es wurde von Kemris Materials Technology speziell für eine hervorragende Haltbarkeit im Außenbereich, Witterungsbeständigkeit und UV-Schutz entwickelt. Unser Mikrotitandioxid KR-5108HD zeichnet sich durch gute Dispergierbarkeit, geringe Partikelgröße und eine enge Partikelgrößenverteilung aus und ist ein ideales Pigment für Autolacke mit Metallic-Effekt, das einen goldenen Flip- und einen hellblauen Flop-Effekt erzeugt, sowie für Holzlacke zum UV-Schutz.
