Based on HDI, Kabasph® PUW series PU curing agent, also called PU hardenr, offers water-dispersible polyisocyanates designed for waterborne coatings in the wood, industrial, and flooring applications. Additionally, they can be used in adhesive formulations to improve mechanical performance.

The PUW series is formulated with Zero VOCs aliphatic polyisocyanates based on hexamethylene diisocyanate (HDI), enabling excellent self-emulsifying ability when mixed with waterborne polyol binders. This two-component (2K) system delivers superior chemical resistance, thermal stability, and enhanced bonding strength across diverse substrates including metal, wood, and plastic.
